Jagriti organises free eye check-up and cataract surgery camps in villages of Bolangir district of Odisha every year for the poor and underprivileged sections of society with the support of Ophthalmology Department- Government Hospital, Bolangir. It also distributes free medicines and spectacles.

Jagriti organises free health camps and awareness programmes on different health related issues such as Childcare, Maternal health & hygiene, HIV AIDS, etc with the help of professional medical doctors for the community people living in urban slums and remote rural areas.
